Terms of Service

Effective August 10, 2026

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and be legally able to agree to these terms. One person may not operate an account for someone else.

Purpose of the service

The service helps adults discover possible platonic friendships. It is not a dating service, clinical assessment, emergency service, background-check provider, or guarantee of compatibility, safety, availability, or friendship.

Mutual consent

A match does not grant access to another person. Introductions, conversations, and photo exchanges use separate consent steps. You must respect a member's decision to decline, withdraw, close, block, or stop responding.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity performed through your account. Tell staff promptly if you believe the account has been compromised. We may pause or restrict accounts to investigate safety, fraud, abuse, or technical problems.

Prohibited conduct

You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, manipulate, stalk, scrape, sell access to, or solicit other members. You may not use the network to buy or sell drugs, sexual services, weapons, financial schemes, or other unlawful or harmful goods or services.

Content and moderation

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant the service permission to store, process, resize, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate the service. Staff may review profile photos and user-submitted reports. Private messages remain encrypted unless a participant deliberately attaches selected messages to a safety report.

Memberships

Free and paid features may have different introduction and notification limits. Final paid terms, renewal timing, cancellation handling, and refund rules will be presented before any paid membership is offered.

Ending service

You may delete your account through account settings. We may retain narrowly limited encrypted messages, reports, moderation records, security logs, and transaction records when reasonably necessary for safety, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Changes

Material changes will be identified by a new policy version and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.

These documents will be updated with final business contact details, jurisdiction, and domain before public launch. The member protections and data boundaries described here are intended to remain the same.
